For a small hint on the second puzzle:
Before worrying about the PC itself, think about how you’d normally get a password from someone. It helps to understand the person you’re dealing with. People leave hints in their everyday habits, little catchphrases… and a voicemail is a pretty good place to hear them, don’t you think?
You just need to find their number.

Thank you again. I played for over 5 hours today across all 3 games. I completed Annas Room, and I am doing great in the Lab. Most of my time was spent in the office which I wasn't able to complete. I found two inventory items I believe I use behind the door near the elevator. I couldn't get either keypad locked door open, and I couldn't log into any of the computers. I spent much time searching everything, I'm not sure what I missed. I understand not wanting to post any spoilers, if there is any way you can point me in the right direction I would really like to finish what I started. If not, I understand. After I allowed myself to move onto the Lab I made peace with the office. Sort of, I have went back twice since. I will try with a fresh brain again tomorrow. Thank you for such an awesome type of game!
Hey, great progress! Honestly, very few players get this far without a walkthrough — you’re doing exceptionally well. Extra kudos to you for pushing through and figuring things out on your own! check Tim Parker’s PC. You can reset it using his favorite pet — dog 🐾. Inside you’ll find notes that will point you toward the server room, so definitely take a look.
By the way, I spotted something important: in rare cases, the password reset doesn’t work as expected. If “dog” doesn’t unlock the PC for you, simply reinstalling the game fixes it. I’m already investigating the issue and preparing full walkthroughs to make things smoother.
